Viking Ceremony Ritual
The union ritual is a process that consists of different parts. Each ritual is personalized and detailed through conversations between the Godi and the couple. The Call to the Gods is the beginning of the entire ritual. First, the Godi calls the gods in Asgard, and offers them offerings one by one. Then, the Call to the Sacred Elements invokes spirits of fire, earth, air and water. We create a sacred circle of runes to offer the spirits and elementals offerings to bring prosperity to the couple's life. Once the gods, spirits and elementals have given their blessing, it is time for the couple to make their exchange of offerings, objects of great sentimental and spiritual value are exchanged. Finally, the union ritual is carried out, where the rings brought by the eagle will be put on and, in this way and with the final words of the Godi, the couple will be able to kiss and celebrate their already sealed union. The ritual of union also includes moments such as the time dedicated to guests and those close to the couple to participate and speak at the ceremony, and other details which are subject to the requests of the couple who wishes to join.
